SWISS–U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK

The Swiss–U.S. DPF provides a legal basis for the transfer of personal data between Switzerland and certified U.S. organizations. It has been applicable since 15 September 2024 and is supported by U.S. Executive Order 14086.
